MAHA PERFORMANCE
Maha signature strength & conditioning session. Guided by an experienced performance coach. The class consist of a full warm-up, specific strength component and conditioning session that will leave you sweaty and wanting for more.
Mon & Wed - 6 AM, 7.15 AM, 10 AM
Tue & Thu - 6 AM, 7.15 AM, 10 AM, 6.45 PM
Fri - 6 AM, 7.15 AM, 10 AM, 6.45 PM
